Our Teams
At Las Vegas Elite we offer several levels of cheer. Each with varying levels of commitment.
Novice
Ages 5+
Novice cheer is a full year or half year commitment. This is an introductory level to all star cheerleading. This team runs from Aug-Dec or Jan- May. Novice cheer focuses on skill development with close to home competitions 2 times per season.
one practice per week. Learning foundational skills.
Prep
Ages 7+
Prep cheer is for level 1 and 2. This is lower cost and less commitment than elite team. This level works on building skills for level one and two tumble, increasing stunt skills and building team relationships to compete. This team typically competes 4-5 times a year. Most competitions are close to home but 1-2 are driving distance.
Prep cheer practices 2 times a week
*Elite teams forming next season.
Recreational
Ages 3-5
6 weeks
Rec teams work on learning cheer for first timers. There is no travel or competitions in this level. This is an introduction to jumps, motions, and team work. Rec teams practice 1 time a week with a parent performance at the end of the session.
